Operating at a PTO speed of 540 to 1,000 RPM, the BX510H shreds wood at a rate of 9 to 16 times per second, thanks to its four cutting knives against one counter knife. The large infeed chute and adjustable output chute, combined with a high-quality hydraulic motor that powers the infeed roller, make wood chipping efficient and straightforward. Suitable for small to mid-sized tractors between 18 to 50 HP with a CAT I 3-Point Hitch, this chipper is designed to handle wood up to 5″ in diameter with ease. It complies with all safety standards and is CE tested according to the 2006/42/EC machine directives.
